These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of musebiolabs.shop (the “Site”) operated by Muse Biolabs (“Muse Biolabs”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Research-only purpose

All products sold on musebiolabs.shop are for research and laboratory use only. By placing an order, you certify that:

  • You are over 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts
  • You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institutional purchaser handling research-grade biochemical compounds
  • You will not consume, administer to humans, or otherwise misuse the products
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and institutional safety guidelines
  • You understand that none of our products have been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration

2. No medical claims

The statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Muse Biolabs is a chemical supplier: we are not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility under 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

3. Order acceptance and shipping

  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Muse Biolabs
  • We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse
  • Orders ship via a major carrier
  • Same-day shipping applies to orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on business days
  • We ship within the United States only

4. Payment

  • Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor at checkout
  • We do not store full payment card details on this Site
  • All transactions are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated
  • Tax compliance is your responsibility as a research purchaser

5. Refunds, returns, and damage claims

Default policy: No refunds, no reships, no return labels. The customer pays return shipping if a return is approved as an exception.

Damage claims: If your order arrives damaged, you must provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery and receive written approval from Muse Biolabs support before returning anything. Replacement shipments are at our discretion and not guaranteed.

Address errors: If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order is returned to us, you are responsible for re-shipping costs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muse Biolabs’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product purchased shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and the Muse Biolabs brand, is owned by Muse Biolabs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
