Where we ship

Muse Biolabs ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

We do not ship to:

• PO Boxes (our carrier does not deliver to PO Boxes for our service class)
• APO/FPO addresses
• US territories outside the 50 states + DC

How we ship

Orders ship via a major carrier.

Rates are flat and do not change with your ZIP code or order weight. Expedited and Overnight availability depends on the carrier service at your address.

Same-day shipping cutoff

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day ship the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking email separate from your order confirmation, sent when the shipping label prints. Tracking comes from `support@musebiolabs.com` or our shipping partner’s automated email address.

To check status anytime, log into your account at musebiolabs.shop or track your shipment directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

Discreet packaging

All shipments use plain brown boxes with no external branding identifying the contents. The shipping label does include Muse Biolabs’s name as the shipper for return-to-sender purposes.

Signature on delivery

Most orders ship without signature requirement. Orders over $500 may require an adult signature at our discretion. Once the carrier marks an order delivered (with or without signature), the package is the customer’s responsibility: see our Refund and Return Policy for details on lost/stolen packages.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If the carrier returns the package to us due to an address error, see the Refund and Return Policy for re-shipping options.

Free shipping threshold

Orders of $100 or more ship free inside the United States. When your order qualifies, free shipping is the only method offered at checkout.

Storage and handling on arrival

Most peptides require refrigeration upon receipt for optimal stability. Once you receive your order:

• Move products to refrigeration (36–46°F / 2–8°C) within 1–2 hours of delivery
• For lyophilized (freeze-dried) products, refrigeration extends shelf life beyond room-temperature storage
• Reconstitution guidelines: typical research protocols use bacteriostatic water at 2 mL per 10 mg; reconstituted product stays stable for ~60 days under refrigeration. Consult your published research protocols for compound-specific handling.
