How it works

Shop while signed in
Every order placed from your account earns 1 point for each whole $1 of product paid, after discounts and any points you used.

Points land when the order is paid
They show in your account the moment the order starts processing. Ordered as a guest? Create an account with the same email and those points attach to it.

Use them at checkout
Pick any number of points on the checkout page. 100 points = $10. At least $20 of product stays on the order after discounts and points.
Questions
- Do points expire?
- No. Points stay on your account until you use them.
- What counts toward points?
- The product amount you actually pay: after sale pricing, promo codes, the volume discount and any points redeemed. Shipping, taxes and free items do not earn points.
- Can I use points with a promo code?
- Yes. Points come off after the code, as long as $20 of product remains.
- What happens on a refund or cancellation?
- Points earned from refunded product are removed, and points you used on that order come back to you.
- Can I transfer points?
- No. Points belong to the account that earned them.
- I placed an order as a guest. Can I still get the points?
- Yes. Create an account using the email on the order and the points attach automatically. If something looks off, email support@musebiolabs.com with the order number.
